Contract Insight handles tracking contracts by department/agency, contract type, region, employee, categories, and location
as well as status code. Contract Insight can track other important data fields that are user configurable via

The support and maintenance is included in our web-based system as a part of the monthly fee. For the
client installed version, unlimited annual support and maintenance is part of the annual maintenance
and support plan.

Yes Contract Insight includes an e-mail alert module. It includes contract workflow tasks. Each contract can have
unlimited alerts to notify the key users of contract events and milestones. It offers the ability to
define standard alerts based on agency/department, contract type, status, and each task is displayed on
the calendar and sends an e-mail alert to the user's inbox and smart phone.

Contract Insight can handle Contracts and Subcontracts or Sub Tasks. You can view the main contract and
subcontract listing on one screen and click on the subcontract link for the subcontract details.

Answer:
We take all available means to secure our customers data and our data alike. We believe that if our
customers are satisfied with our services that they will return for more services in the future. Our
systems are hosted on Microsoft Internet Technologies utilizing Windows Servers, .NET technologies, and
MS SQL Server, dedicated firewalls, monitored ports, monitored logs, backups, failover facilities,
private webs, private databases, and server scans; all with username and password authentication. We also
provide dedicated Windows or third party digital certificates such as VeriSign, DigiCert, and Thawte as an option.

What type of scanner and scanner software do you recommend?

Answer:
We do not have any preference since our solutions work with all modern scanners. We do recommend an industrial class scanner with an automatic, multi-page document
feeder. We implement our systems using HP, Kodak, Xerox, Brother, Fujitsu, etc.
We do recommend that your scanning software support an export or "scan as" a Text-Based PDF or Mult-Page TIFF format. Check with the
scanner manufacturer or contact us.

Yes, multiple files and images can be uploaded to the contracts. "TIF" format is preferred, but Contract Insight can support any
